With our raffle and the eclipse glasses we managed to raise $475.00 for Indian Lake. A big thank you to everyone who participated. The money collected will go to The Indian Lake Community Church Disaster Relief Fund at the following address:

We have it on good authority that 100% of donations received are going directly to help the victims with housing, cleanup, etc. and medical costs for those injured in the tornado.

Eclipse Monday was a wonderful day and a reminder of what’s to come this spring and summer with our patio once again in full swing! Check our website for the band schedule and activities.

We are doing our absolute best to accommodate our customers as we work out the many glitches brought about by the carryout building fire. We continue to wait and work with the insurance company and contractors to help us in the coming months. In the meantime, a mobile food trailer is being built for us in Texas and is expected to be in our parking lot and in use by the end of May to help us to serve you better. We ask that if you have any issues with us in any service capacity that you please give us another try. We are doing our best to continue operations as well as we can.

We hope to open for carryout on Sundays in April.

We apologize for the temporary inconvenience, but from approximately 5pm-8pm on Fridays and Saturdays, when we only have the kitchen capacity to service our full dining room restaurant as we recover from the fire in our carryout building. We are working on a solution ASAP. Online ordering gets turned back on first, so the best way to check if we’re taking carryout orders again before 8pm is to download our app!

Here’s a glimpse of our carryout pickup area that will be ready early next week!

Our dining room is open Monday-Saturday and ready to serve your favorite Benny’s Pizza! We will need to use this Sunday, March 17, to install temporary carryout computers in the dining room building.

Although it doesn’t look too bad on the outside, the damage to the inside of our carryout building and its entire contents was devastating. We’re guessing it could be 6 months or a year for that building to be functional again. Since there is a need to add carryout capabilities in the dine-in building for an extended period of time, we need this Sunday to set up equipment.

The hope is to add some carryout hours back within a week. Be on the lookout for an announcement about when Carryout Sundays officially begins. Please keep checking our website for more updates!!

Our first big hurdle after the fire in the carryout building has been to get pizza back on the menu for our dining room, and it is officially here for dine-in!

We’re not yet ready for every day carryout, and any updates to that will be here on our website. Although we’re not set up to take your pre-orders yet, we plan to be open for Carryout-Only Sundays beginning March 17. We’re still waiting on more equipment to arrive, finding room for it, and deciding how we can operate a busy carryout business and dining room simultaneously out of our one tiny kitchen while the carryout building is down.

We’re excited to reopen our dining room!

We have a limited menu prepared to run for dine-in only. While we are working to replace our pizza dough equipment, we have added soup, pasta, lasagna, and Benny’s Buffalo Mac along with our delicious cauliflower crust pizzas and many of our other menu items. We hope this helps make up for our temporary lack of pizza!

The owners and staff at Benny’s regretfully want to inform everyone that we had a fire overnight Thursday in our carry out building. There has been substantial loss of equipment and damage inside the building and on the roof as well. All of the food in the building (which services both kitchens) was destroyed. Due to this, both buildings will be closed for Friday, March 1. Our dining room will reopen with a limited menu Saturday, March 2.

It is so very fortunate that no injuries were incurred. We are profoundly grateful for the outpouring of support from Marysville, Union County, and the Central Ohio community. The rallying support from our neighbors, customers and fellow business owners is a testament to the strength of our community in times of adversity. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has reached out with offers to help, kind words, prayers and encouragement. Further updates regarding this will be provided as the investigation moves forward. Benny’s Pizza will remain committed to serving our community with the same passion and dedication that you expect.
